Personal Statement

 

            My name is Moudy Amalia Marsono. I was born on January 8, 1998 in Jakarta and now I live in Ciledug, Tangerang. I have interest in English dates back to my years in Elementary School, where I excelled in English. Therefore, I chose to be a Student in Binus University and take English Literature as my Major and at the 4^th semester Binus told us to choose a Sub-Major then I take Business as my Sub-Major. I chose to study in Binus University because both of my brothers also studying there. I’m joining in one of the organization in my campus and the organization is called HIMSI (Himpunan Mahasiswa Sastra Inggris).  In HIMSI, I’m one of the activists in Creative Division and my job description is to fill HIMSI’s wall magazine in Kijang campus as attractive as possible. In English Literature, I’m studying about poets, drama and novel. On my 5^th semester I decided to take internship track, in this track I will learn how work life is and prepare myself for the work life then after I graduated from the college.

           

Beside as an active student in Binus University, I also have other activities such as singing. I have an interest in singing since I was a child. On my Free day I also work as a wedding singer as my sideline and because of that working experience as a wedding singer, I have gained an Interpersonal skill because I need to communicate with the audience. Through singing, 10 months ago I decided to join audition for I Can See Your Voice, I’m being accepted and be a part of I Can See Your Voice Indonesia on MNCTv.  1 month ago, I was invited to be a duet partner for an upcoming song and my duet partner is a foreigner from UK .
